Kuan Yin Pusa Chant

Kuan Yin, goddess of Compassion. Many continue to turn to Kuan Yin for blessings, healings, support.

The words in the song include Kuan Yin and pusa. What is pusa? The translation from Sanskrit means Budhisattva – and Kuan Yin is certainly classified as a Bubhisattva.

In Serbo-Croat it means “I send you a kiss”.
In Swedish the word pussa also means “kiss”.

In Chinese the name Kuan Yin means “hearer of cries” – Yin means sound or voice.
