Psychic Dream Yoga: The 5 Simple Steps to Interpret Dreams

Very few persons realize that dreams have psychic relevance. Even though there are occasions that we can hardly figure out our dreams, actually, each dream is considerably connected to our lives. By means of our dreams, our inborn psychic side (our subconscious) tries to reach out to our conscious side, to give messages. Because of this, it is suggested that we need to understand what our dreams mean. Learning and realizing what our dreams imply can make us better persons in general.

Dream Yoga: A Meditative Approach to Psychic Dream Interpretation

There are lots of methods to psychic dream interpretation. One well known method is a Yoga tactic known as Dream Yoga. As the name indicates, it is a meditation procedure targeted towards enlightenment and knowing on what your dreams present.

Dreams go by symbolism, so it is not sensible to take everything literally when you decipher your dreams using your psychic side. In Dream Yoga, representations and figures also are significant. This is because the figures are said to be a representation of one’s personality. Here is the basic method on how psychic dreams can be interpreted through Dream Yoga:

Things you need:

- A notebook (to serve as your dream diary)
- A writing tool (pen, pencil, etc.)
- A peaceful/quiet/comfortable environment that can enable you to concentrate while you reflect and meditate as you get in touch with your innate psychic side
- A psychic dream dictionary (not really needed, but it can help at some occasions)

Step 1: When you wake up, go to that tranquil nook you have picked out to meditate in. Relax your mind and get in touch with the natural psychic in you. When you are all set, jot everything from your dream in your note pad. Make sure to be truthful and very detailed. Make sure to place the date on every journal entry you make. You can also use commentary scribbles (bullet points) for any information you might have skipped after you write your entry.

Step 2: Go through your journal entry, try to connect with your inner psychic self as you do this. Ask yourself, what are your initial impressions or interpretations of that dream — what can it possibly mean in real life? Write those down as well.

Step 3: Then, try to remember all possible activities that might have led to that dream and what it suggests. Please note of those in your journal too.

Step 4: Choose main keywords/symbols/signs from your dream. As you note them down in your journal, put beside each word the relationships or meanings to you and in your life. See how the symbolic connotations fit together to communicate a thought or message (you may use a psychic dream dictionary for basis if you wish).

Step 5: To finish the process, it is now time to use the message from your dream to real life.

We dream for a reason. The main purpose is that we achieve a whole new level of realization and enlightenment which in turn, will make us grow to be better individuals. How about you, have you tried deciphering what your dreams mean? Go ahead, get in touch with your psychic side through Dream Yoga, and see the big difference it can make in your life.

  • Hello, I wanted to thank you for this post. I have tried dream yoga several times but have never been very successful. Honestly meditation in general seems much more difficult for me than it should be.

This post has reminded me of something I should be working on. I know I can sure use more relaxation and reflection.

    Thanks again.
