Is it True? Male Change Of Life – Andropause

It is quite common to read about women, menopause, symptoms and treatments. Only until recently, the subject has never been spoken about regarding men although men do have physical changes in life. The life change for men is referred to as andropause.

As a male ages, he has a decline in the amount of testosterone that his body creates. This decline can start as early as mid 30′s. Some symptoms that may occur are:

* Tiredness – not feeling rested no matter what

* Being Cranky and of poor disposition

* Depressed and temperamental

* Loss of the size and strength of muscles

* Brittle bones that have lost mass and strength

* Loss of libido

* Not feeling rested and troubles sleeping

By the mid thirties, a man may notice that his posture and body structure is starting to change. At first he may gain some weight around the middle, then more pounds are added on as he grows older. With the progression of age, his back may start to be hunched and he loses his muscle tone which then becomes flab.

Mostly, men in the past would just put up with the body changes. The people around him such as friends and family would also take it in stride that when a man gets older he gains weight, loses his hair and becomes temperamental.

The truth is, modern men do not have to continue in agreement with their forefathers, just as women of today do not have to. The simple remedy is to naturally correct the hormone balance.

Instead of animal, synthetic or chemical hormone therapy, a modern man can receive hormone tests by a qualified physician and receive BHRT. BHRT is Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. It uses natural ingredients to balance all the hormones, not just testosterone. By doing so, men can enjoy a new vigor for life.

    I have felt a gradual decrease in my energy levels while going to the gym and inquired about what I should do. I ordered a blood and saliva test to check my levels and am curious about what I will find. Hopefully my levels are not far off range and that I will find something positive from this experience.
