Respiring deep is a straightforward yet very effective exercise. It is easy to learn and perform, requires nil equipment, and promotes both physical and psychological well being. The way we breathe can change the way that we feel. It helps release our stress, alters our mood, and gets our body to function smoother. Almost all of the time, we accidentally breath shallowly.
